PUBLIC NOTICE:

Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee on the Rehabilitation Building and Fire Code for Existing Buildings and Structures will meet at 1 Regan Court, Varley Building #46, Cranston, RI at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.  At that time, all persons interested will be heard for, or against, the granting of the following applications for relief
from strict compliance with the Rhode Island Rehabilitation Building and Fire Code.

APPEAL TO BE HEARD:

APPEAL #R100001:  Kathleen Bartels, for the property located at 163 Exchange Street, Pawtucket, requesting relief from provisions of the RI Rehabilitation Building and Fire Code.

Review of old business, correspondence & subcommittee recommendations.
